The Patriot Group incorporates a 4PL (aggregated 3PL) model in our approach to utility logistics and management. Third-party logistics companies are service providers that either arrange or handle a variety of supply chain functions. Our 4PL model combines several 3PL verticals under comprehensive management and single-source billing, resulting in smoother, more cost-efficient and effective operations.
The Patriot Group also manages all stages of a Laydown Yard or Warehouse lifecycle, from early-stage Project Identification through Permits and Zoning, Location Scouting, Land Contract Negotiation, Inventory Processing, Material Forecasting, Material Procurement, Warehouse and Lay-down Yard Optimization and Management, Program and Project Management through project closeout, and, in some cases, yard restoration and reforestation.
